Now, we’re looking for a passionate Front-End Engineer to join our team and help scale our suite of user-facing applications.

What You’ll Do

As a Front-End Engineer at Kyra, you’ll:

• Build and maintain user-facing applications across our product suite.

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers to refine requirements and critique designs.

• Take part in technical discussions and architectural decisions.

• Apply modern front-end paradigms and cutting-edge solutions.

• Work in 2-week sprints within our highly agile, startup-like environment.

• Use AI development tools of your choice (we provide allowances — our current team uses Copilot, Cursor, and Claw).

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a mix of technical expertise, curiosity, and collaboration skills. Here’s what makes an ideal candidate:

• 3–4 years of experience in front-end development (startup/scale-up experience is a plus).

• Proficiency in our core stack:

  • React Router

  • TanStack Query (state management)

  • Radix (component library)

  • Tailwind CSS

• Familiarity with server-side rendering (a bonus).

• A critical thinker who can question assumptions and spot pitfalls early.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal long-term planning.

• Collaborative, fun, and easy to work with.

• Strong English communication skills.

• A formal CS degree isn’t required — passion and practical skills matter more.
