What You’ll Do
As a Software Developer at Glidian, you’ll take ownership of key parts of our prior authorization automation platform. Your work will directly shape the user experience and help us meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers and patients.
Key Responsibilities

Work across the full stack of Glidian’s platform, from frontend to backend.

Build and maintain features, APIs, integrations, and automations.

Use data to identify and solve real problems faced by our users.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and operations teams.

Share best practices and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

Influence the future of our platform through creative problem-solving.
Your Day-to-Day

Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.

Thoroughly test your work and contribute to our test suite.

Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure bug-free, reliable experiences.

Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, daily stand-ups).

Review code, give constructive feedback, and support your teammates.

Stay curious—learn and introduce new technologies to the team.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who is not just a great developer but also passionate about improving healthcare.
Requirements

3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.

Proficiency in Typescript, modern JavaScript, NodeJS, React, Postgres, and AWS.

Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Experience working in Agile teams.

A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
