Who We’re Looking For
We’re specifically interested in candidates who have hands-on experience with AI Agent frameworks such as:

LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Auto-GPT, or custom-built systems.

Experience with multi-agent coordination, autonomous task execution, memory management, or tool-based reasoning using LLMs is highly desirable.
While we encourage graduates from IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS and similar institutions to apply, we equally welcome applicants with strong fundamentals, relevant experience, and a passion for AI-driven innovation.
Role Overview
You will work with our global team to develop and refine AI Agent-based frameworks and LLM-powered models designed for U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management. These systems autonomously analyze claim data, predict denials, and optimize interventions—directly improving financial efficiency for healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities

Model Development: Design and optimize ML models (especially LLM-based) for claim denial prediction and analytics.

Data Handling: Support preprocessing, feature engineering, and domain-specific data pipelines.

Research & Experimentation: Stay updated with latest advancements in AI/ML, NLP, and LLMs to improve model performance.

Integration & Deployment: Work alongside senior engineers to bring AI models into production environments.

Monitoring & Improvement: Track model accuracy and propose enhancements based on performance metrics.
Qualifications

Education: B.Tech / BE / M.Tech / MS in Computer Science, Data Science, ML, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

Strong Python programming skills.

Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

Hands-on experience with NLP, Transformers, and LLM-based architectures.
