Program Overview

WILP is specially designed for students pursuing BCA or B.Sc. in:

• Computer Science

• Information Technology

• Mathematics

• Statistics

Selected participants will:
Work full-time at Wipro while attending classes for their M.Tech degree.
Gain both practical exposure and theoretical knowledge.
Build a strong professional foundation that combines learning and earning simultaneously.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, candidates must:

• Have passed 10th and 12th standards.

• Be a 2025 graduating batch student.

• Hold 60% or 6.0 CGPA throughout academics.

• Have studied Core Mathematics in graduation (Business/Applied Maths not accepted).

• Be an Indian Citizen or hold a PIO/OCI card.

Additional Conditions:

• Only 1 backlog allowed during assessment (must be cleared by 6th semester).

• Maximum 3-year gap allowed in education (before graduation).

• No gaps permitted during graduation.

• Minimum age: 18 years at the time of registration.

The WILP selection process includes:

1️⃣ Online Assessment (80 minutes total)

• Verbal: 20 questions (20 mins)

• Analytical: 20 questions (20 mins)

• Quantitative: 20 questions (20 mins)

• Written Communication: 20 mins

3️⃣ Business Discussion Round

📬 Successful candidates receive a Letter of Intent (LOI), followed by pre-skilling training, and finally a formal offer letter after completion.

• Early exits require repayment of the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
