About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Software Developer to join our Innovation team. This is a remote position, giving you flexibility while empowering you to make an impact on how engineering meets technology.
As part of this role, you’ll design and enhance proprietary software solutions that support design and production workflows. You’ll work on AI integration, custom Autodesk tools, and BIM alignment—helping engineers and corporate teams deliver smarter, faster, and more efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to improve design and work process efficiency

Support in-house tools like Thrux and custom Autodesk applications

Evaluate and develop AI tools (computer vision, NLP, ML, and speech recognition)

Ensure smooth integration between BIM content and software solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows

Provide technical support and training to end users

Develop MEP cross-trade collaboration logic
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field

1–4 years of professional experience

Basic knowledge of MEP systems (with the aim to be proficient in 6 months)

Understanding of relational data and building codes

Familiarity with Revit, ACC, Navisworks, and related tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platforms

Skills in C#, JavaScript, Python, CSS, WPF, XAML, ASP.NET, Azure services, Revit/AC API

Experience with computational design applications

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000–$130,000 annually
